Emma previously served as President of Europe for Omnicom's DAS Group of Companies, where worked with agencies to build and grow innovative offers in highly regulated environments such as healthcare - experience directly applicable to enterprise AI adoption challenges. 

Her track record in driving change within risk-averse organisations, developing training programs for clinical teams, and navigating complex stakeholder dynamics positions her uniquely to guide Cassette's growth.
