Developed on Cassette’s product Virtual View the immersive site communicates key values and the company philosophy to 50,000+ employees globally.

The Challenge

Takeda faced a significant challenge following its acquisition of Shire in 2019. The company needed to update and enhance its widely used Hirameki Garden tool to effectively communicate its values and philosophy to new employees. The goal was to create an engaging platform that would help integrate the company culture across a global workforce of over 50,000+ employees.

Our Solution

Working with stakeholders and a cross departmental team Cassette developed an innovative internal communications platform. The Hirameki Garden was transformed into an immersive 3D environment hosted within Takeda's intranet system. Employees could navigate through the virtual garden, exploring various areas to learn more about specific topics related to the company's values and philosophy.

Corporate philosophy and values were woven into the experience, creating a platform that embodied Takeda, improving engagement with company values, making them more interesting, interactive and visual.

We developed an engaging, user-friendly site and integrated it with Takeda's internal systems. We also collaborated closely with Takeda stakeholders to craft impactful content and visuals.

The Results

The new platform achieved impressive results within the first three months of launch:

• An average time spent of 5 minutes and 10 seconds per user

• 164,000 information spot clicks

• 16,000 visits to the immersive website

• 28,000 views of the Corporate Philosophy landing page
